What We Do

Providing Sustainable Plant-Based Food Solutions

What We Do

01.

— Produce Deliveries

We provide locally sourced fruits and vegetables to families in food deserts and low-income communities, ensuring access to nutritious plant-based foods.

02.

— Vegan Pantry Staples

Our deliveries include essential vegan pantry items such as grains, legumes, and proteins, helping families create balanced, affordable plant-based meals.

03.

— Partnerships

We collaborate with local farms and businesses to source fresh produce, support and strengthen the community’s access to high-quality ingredients.

04.

— We Educate

We teach families practical nutrition in plain language: how to build balanced plant-based meals, read labels with confidence, and make healthy choices on a real budget, so the good habits last well beyond the program.

05.

— Meal Planning Support

We help families plan simple plant-based meals around what arrives in their delivery, so the food fits their time, their budget, and what their household will actually eat.

06.

— Health Education

Families receive practical nutrition education that makes healthy vegan eating feel doable, building habits that last well beyond the program.

Case Management

Because in reality, providing food does not solve all of ones problems. We understand that a participant may need assistance in other areas of life and we want them to be able to have as much support as possible.

Personal health products

We provide personal health products such as soaps, shampoos, menstrual products and more to participants because health is about more than just what we eat.

As much as possible

We provide food, diapers, soaps, pads, shampoo, tooth brushes, and much more, all thanks to our donors! If we can help, we help.
